Wouter is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) with over 8 years of experience in assurance and other professional services.
His journey began in 2016 at Baker Tilly Greenwoods, where he completed his articles, whereafter he moved to Sanne in 2019 to gain valuable experience in fund administration.
In October 2020, Wouter took up the role of Audit Manager at Baker Tilly Cayman. Since then, he has managed various engagements in the funds industry, primarily funds domiciled in the Cayman Islands.
Wouter's expertise lies in providing audit services to clients reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS. He specializes in hedge funds and private equity funds, dealing with a wide range of investment types.
