Izelle holds a BAccLLB (Bachelor of Accounting and Bachelor of Law) degree and completed her Honours degree in Accounting at the University of Stellenbosch.
She began her professional career at Ernst & Young in Cape Town in 2021, where she gained strong audit experience before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and joining Baker Tilly Cayman in 2024.
Since the start of her career, Izelle has specialised in the audit of investment funds, with a particular focus on offshore hedge funds and private equity funds at Baker Tilly Cayman.
She has in-depth expertise in both International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).
